The brand-new Pink Heifer Saloon and Smokehouse is just 30 miles southwest of Madison in historic downtown Monticello, WI.

Saloon – Opened January 2022
The Pink Heifer Saloon and Smokehouse, is a one-of-a-kind Saloon, where customers will be transported back to the late 1800’s to enjoy unique drinks, tasty “vittles,” live music & entertainment every weekend. The Saloon with its unique ambience fills a much-needed void where a couple could enjoy a wonderful “date night,” and anyone can celebrate a special occasion.

Town of Heiferton – Opened April 2022
The stand-alone smokehouse dining room, also known as the Town of Heiferton, resembles the outside of an old west town with a sheriff’s office and jail cells for private parties. All kids are welcomed with a goody bag that includes a sheriff badge, western themed coloring books, crayons and other goodies. The Pink Heifer serves authentic southern style BBQ where USDA Prime brisket and premium pork (both smoked for up to 14 hours), as well as our best-in-class St. Louis Ribs, are smoked in our state-of-the-art smoker.

Birdies Dance Hall – December 2022
