FAQ’s

What size images can I upload? The suggested image size is 600px wide by 375px tall.

What file format should my images be saved as? Images can be saved and optimized for web in the following formats .jpg, .png, or .gif.

How large of a file can I upload? File sizes should be under 100kb.

How many images can I upload? The limit is set to 4 images per listing.

How do I add additional locations to my listing? Your main listing must first be approved. Once approved, an “Add Franchise” option will appear in the sidebar when you are logged in and on your main listing page.

I’m not seeing the “Add Franchise” option in the sidebar? When logged in, go to your main listing detail page, you must have “Have Multiple Locations?”  clicked to “YES”. Save your listing edit by clicking on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. View your main listing page, the “Add Franchise” option should now show in the sidebar next to “Edit”.
